Next up on Off the Cuff is one of our favorite DJs: Ninetoes. Hailing from Stuttgart, Ninetoes stormed onto the house music scene in 2013 with his track "Finder", creating waves in Ibiza.

Following this success, releases and remixes flooded in on esteemed labels such as Moon Harbour, DFTD, Crosstown Rebels, Avotre, Saved, Suara, Mobilee, and Play It Down, earning support from heavyweights like Loco Dice, Carl Cox, Jesse Rose, Luciano, Davide Squillace, and Koze. In 2019, Ninetoes launched his own label, 'Head To Toe,' with a breakout track that soared to the top 10 Shazam'd tracks in Ibiza that season. Ninetoes has big plans in store for 2024.

What are you up to at the moment?

I'm releasing new music monthly in a series that I started in September this year. This series will end next year in March with a big bang.

What was your inspiration behind your new release?

So, the inspiration is... the big bang (laughs), which I mentioned before. I'm really excited. I can't announce it right now, but I will announce it soon.

What has been your career highlight?

There are so many favorite moments, but I think one of the craziest moments was when I DJed on a private island one hour from Cartagena, Colombia, in the middle of the ocean. That island is still an aquarium where you can feed dolphins or feed sharks and swim with dolphins, etc. I played there from midnight till six in the morning. It was really crazy, like 300 people, and it was kind of like a prison because no one could leave the island. But it was an amazing adventure. I'm really excited and looking forward to March 1. As I told you, I can't talk about that much, but it will be a very big and huge thing for me and all my followers. Just check out my new releases monthly, and I think in January, at the latest in February, I will come up with the big news for March.

What's your flavor of the month?

I'm a huge Asia fan, and I'm really excited to go back to Asia after four years I couldn't go. So, yeah, I'm really excited about that one.

Make sure you don’t miss out on Ninetoes’ “Big Bang” coming at the start of 2023. To keep up to date on his new releases and to see him live, head to ninetoes.komi.io
